Healthy Diet

Alia eats a healthy and balanced diet and consumes 6-8 meals.

Breakfast

 A hot cup of herbal tea or coffee without sugar, a bowl of vegetable poha, or an egg white sandwich.

Mid-Morning

A bowl of fruits or idly with sambar.

Lunch

One roti without ghee with lots of vegetables and curd or vegetable quinoa with chicken

Evening Snack

A cup of sugar-free tea or coffee with one idly with a bowl of sambar

Dinner

Roti without ghee with a bowl of vegetables, daal and occasionally a grilled chicken breast.
